Camila's pov

I let Lauren in and my little sister Sofi runs to me, I smile and pick her up and she hugs me and I hug her back.

"Hello sofi, how was school?" I ask and she looks at me with a big smile

"It was good, I did painting, drawing, colouring, and reading" she said and I smile

"wa you do?" sofi asks and I smile a little

"A lot of writing" I say and she pouts

"I never want to do that" she says and I nod

"You really don't" I say and she looks at Lauren and so do I, she had her head down on her phone

"Lo" I say and she looks up

"Yeh?" she asks and sofi makes grabby hands

"What dose this mean?" she asks doing the same thing

"She dumb" sofi said and I giggle and nod

"She really is sofi" I say and lo rolls her eyes

"And it means she wants you to hold her"I say and Lauren looks at sofi

"Umm..." lo look a little scared at sofi

"Lo are you scared?" I ask and she gulps

"No" she said and I giggle

"Attack sofi" I say and put her down, lo runs out the door and sofi follows my mom comes and looks as well

"Who she?" mom asks

"My friend Lauren" I say and watch as lo jumps on the top of her car, I giggle and so does my mom

"She's cute" mom says and I nod

"I know" I say and my mom looks at me with a smile as I smile at Lauren and sofi

"Go get her in" she said and I nod, I walk to sofi and pick her up and set her on my hip

"Come on lo" I say and she shakes her head

"No...that kids fast and scary" she said and I laugh

"What's she going to do? kill you?" I ask and lo looks a little upset

"Umm...no" she said but her usual voice has gone and it sounds a little depressed

"Hey, you okay lo?" I ask and she nods

"Yeh I'm fine" she said and jumped off of her car

"Umm what did you want me to do?" she asks, I set sofi down

"Go help mommy with the food sofi" I say and she nods and runs in the house, I walk to Lauren and she looks at me with a light smile

"What's wrong lo?" I ask and she shakes her head

"Family stuff" she said and I nod

"You okay?" I ask and she shrugs

"I will be" she mumbled and I nod

"Come on my mom wants you in side" I say and she nods

We get inside and my mom is setting the table as sofi gives her the knifes and forks

"Do you want anything Lauren?" my mom asks

"Umm no thanks" lo said and my mom looks at her a little confused

"I'll get you a plate" my mom said and lo went to say something but I cut in

"My mom won't let you leave the house until you've eaten, she can tell you haven't" I say and I looks confused
