vii. the end
what i'm trying to say is:i should have tried to speak her
more -
despite language barrier.
i should have been less embarrassed about my failure to pronunce igbo
words.
i should have known all she wanted was to hear our voice.know we were well,
we were okay,
that we were lovedwhat i'm trying to say is my grandmother was the best parts of my father
and hence myselfwhat i'm trying to say is that i'll miss her,
what i'm trying to say is if there is a heaven i hope to god she's there
and that she's watching over us all
