" Where's your father? " My mom asked as I came down the stairs and into the big room.
" He left ten minutes before I did. "
" Where's the ring Tessa? " Rebecca asked.
" Yeah about that...it won't come off. "
Rebecca took my hand and looked over the big black stone.
" What? " Dean asked, as Rebecca's face scrunched up in frustration.
" I have no idea what spell was used, but that's not coming off. "
" Becca, you know what will happen if we don't that thing off of her. " Jade stated, her heart racing.
" What? " I asked, scared to even hear their answer.
Rebecca dropped my hand and finally told me how she became a Dark Angel.
" Okay, we need to get this off...now. " I said as I tried my hardest to not freak out.
" What happened before you put it on? " Dean asked.
I thought for a minute and instantly felt a rush of hot rage.
" Jessie. " Was all I said.
Within a second, I thought about everything that had happened since the day I met him and it all clicked.
" He planned all of this. "
" What are you talking about? " My Mom asked.
" Think about it. Everything started after he just happens to bump into me. He knew that I would let him help me. That's why all those Angels were looking for him. "
" Tess. " Chase spoke up.
" No, every time something happens lately, he just happens to be right there to help. "
" But what's his plan? " Rebecca asked.
I took in a deep breath as I ran my fingers through my hair.
" What? "
" Someone popped Lucifer's cage and he just knew who it was and got to them before any of us could. "
" So you think that he had something to do with that? " My Mom asked, not wanting to believe it was true.
" Things started to go downhill the moment he showed up. "
Dean ran his hand over his face and let out a sigh.
" Alright, let's just think about this for a minute. "
" No. ' I said, taking my keys from my pocket and heading for the door.
" Whoa where do you thin you're going? ' My mom asked.
" I'm going to find out what the hell he's up to. "
" Yeah, not by yourself. " Chase stated.
I looked at him, then walked up the stairs, Chase following behind me.
" Don't . " My Mom started.
" Let her out of my sight, yeah don't worry that's not going to happen. " He said following me outside.
Jade tossed her glass against the wall.
" Jay, calm down. I will make sure nothing happens to her. " Rebecca reassured her.
Jade turned to look at her, as rage and frustration surged through her body.
