I was so nervous, my first date. My first date ever, ever! Can you imagine? A 17 year old girl who never  had a date before. But it wasn't just a date, it was with Niall Horan, yes Niall Horan, a famous popstar. But for me he isn't a popstar, he is just a normal, funny 18 year old guy I fell in love with the first time I saw him. He is sweet, caring, beautiful, smart, funny. He is everything a girl dreams of. They way he talks make your knees go weak. When he smiles your heart melts. Just everything he does...

Okay, Focus Courtney! I thought to myself

I had to think of what I should wear, and yes it is a big decision. I am sure we will get mobbed by fans and papperazi, so I have to look good. But also for Niall, I don't want him to think I am just some friend..

Wait.. Friends? What if he just want to have dinner with me like two best friends? Maybe he doesn't like me that way... And what if he likes me that way? If we would break up, maybe we will ruin our friendship.. I don't want to make things awkward for us.. I don't want to lose him..

But what do I have to lose? I cant hide my feelings forever.. Maybe I should just see what happens, If he likes me that way, we can just look what will happen right?

I walked to my closet, trying to find something to wear. I don't know where we are going, Niall said it would be a surprise. But now I don't know if I should wear something for a fancy date, or a casual.

I grabbed a couple of dresses and put them down on my bed, each was perfect. But one caught my eye, it was a dress Niall bought me a year ago for my birthday. I never wore it before because I never knew where to wear it.. But this was the perfect dress for this date, even when I don't know where we are going..

I just hope it will still fit..

I've quickly changed in the clothes, and twirled around in front of my mirror. It was perfect. It was't too formal, but also not too normal (lol I can rhyme) 

"Now some shoes.." I sighed to myself

I am not going to wear high heels, I just can't walk on them.. I decided to wear just some black sandals. 

Now my hair and make up.. 

I am just going to let my blonde hair fall down, and for make up.. Just some mascara eyeliner and blush

After I was ready I just grabed a random bag, and walked down staires

"I am going out with Niall mom" I screamed at my mom, already walking to the door

I just wanted to open the door when the doorbell rang, I imidatly opened it and saw Niall standing there

"Wow.. You look beautiful" He smiled

"Thanks" I blushed

We both walked towards his car ( yes he can drive here :P ) He opened his car door for me, just like the real gentleman he is

"Thank you"I smiled once I got in his car

"Your welcome!" He shouted running to the other side of the car

We were driving and talking for something like 10 minutes when I started to get bored

"Are we there yet?" I asked

"No we arent" He said still looking at the road

"Are we there yet?" I asked again after a couple of minutes

"No we aren't" He laughed

"Where are we going by the way" I asked

"I am not going to tell you" He smirked looking at me

"You know I hate surprises Niall Horan" I said

He just started looking at the road again

After a couple of minutes we suddenly stopped, I looked out of the window and was surprised. I only saw trees

"Where are we?" I asked getting out of the car

"Close your eyes" He said

I did what I was told and felt two arms around me, gesturing me towards the forest. 

We walked and walked when suddenly Niall's arms left me

"Open your eyes now" He demanded

I did what I was told again and opened my eyes. right in front of me was a red blanket, with a picnic basket on top.

Every were you looked were little flowers, it was truly beautiful

"wow.." I managed to get out, I didn't have the words to say 

"D-do you like it?" Niall asked nervous

"Like it? I love it!" I shouted giving him a hug

He smiled from ear to ear "Now, shall we eat" 

"Of course" I smiled

We both sat down on the picnic blanket and started to eat our food

"Wow, this is delicious" I said with my mouth full 

He chuckled "Great you like it, Harry made it"

"Ow, tell him it is really good" I laughed

We've spent the night eating and laughing at each others jokes. We were now both looking at the stars

"Courtney?" He suddenly said 

"Yeah?" I asked

He looked deep in thought, I wonder what's going on in his head..

"No never mind.." He sighed and shook his head

"No Niall, tell me what's wrong"

"No.." He said blankly

"Niall, we are best friends, you can tell me everything" I said looking at him

"That's the point.." He sighed turning around again

My heart broke, didn't he want to be friends with me anymore? 

"Y-you.." I stuttered, trying to find the words to say

Niall looked at my expresion and imidiatly said "No Courtney I don't mean it like that!"

"How do you mean it than?" I asked

"T-the point is.. I hate the fact that we will never be more than friends, I love you, I love you from the first time I've met you, I-I don't want to ruin our friendship.. But I-I just can't get you out of my mind.. I love you so much Courtney, I love you with all of my heart" he said

I couldn't believe it.. He actually loves me, the way I love him...

"I screwed up didn't I?" He said running his hand throug his hair

"No you didn't Niall" He looked confused "Because that's the same way I feel" 

 He looked at me in my eye and moved closer

I felt his hot breath on my lips, I closed my eyes and also moved closer

This is it, I am going to kiss the love of my life..

Our lips moved in sync and after a couple of seconds we pulled apart, his head was resting on mine

"I love you Courtney" He smiled

"I love you too"
