Chapter 7: So Close

Elle's POV

Andito lang ako sa office. Hmm. Tapos ko na rin naman yung design. Ano kayang magandang gawin? I glanced at my watch... 10:55. Malapit na ang break, diretso nalang ako sa cafeteria.

Russel's POV

"Good day, Mr. Revens." Bati sa akin ng secretary.

"Hi, Maris. Masyadong formal ka ata. Haha!" I said.

"Uh, hinihintay na po kayo ni Sir Dominic."

"Okay. Thanks."

Wooh! Bago ako pumasok, inayos ko muna yung tie ko. Naka formal attire kasi ako ngayon. Kailangan eeh. Dark blue na blazer, white button down polo, black tie and black pants.

*Knock knock*

"Come in!" Sabi ni Dom. I mean, Sir Dom.

"Good morning sir." I greeted him. Serious mode muna tayo mga bregs.

Tumango siya as a response. "Take your sit Mr. Revens."

"Hmm. So let's start..."

Elle's POV

"Buti nalang sabay na tayo ng break time! Yehey!" Sabi ko kay Cathy. We're here sa cafeteria.

"I know right! Yipeee!"

"Napagalitan ka ba ni Sir Marcus kanina?" I asked.

"And yun! I almost forget to tell you. I. Was. So. Surprised. Hindi niya ako pinagalitan. It's a miracle." Said Cathy habang nakataas ang dalawang kamay.

"Haha! Para kang baliw Cathy!"

"Totoo naman eh! Miracle."

"Kumain na nga lang tayo. Haha!" Sabi ko nalang.

"Hmm. Elle, on Wednesday, mami-meet mo na si Sir Frank. Don't worry mabait naman yun."

"Ah, this Wednesday na pala. Grabe, ninenerbyos ako. Cathy!" Seryoso talaga, yung mga anak niya ang susungit eh. Haha!

"Hay naku! Think positive!"

"By the way! Alam mo ba, meron na raw tayong new boss."

"New boss? Sino kaya?"

"I don't know."

Russel's POV

"Sir Russel. Dito po ang office niyo." Sabi sa akin ni Maris.

"Oh, Thank you. *smile*" I replied.

Yeah. I'll be working here, from now on.

3rd Person's POV

"Hmm. I could get used this." Said Russel and place his feet on the table. That guy, really. He got his ipod, plugged in the headphones, then listened to the music. And closed his eyes. Like a boss.

"RUSSEL!"

Russel's POV

Ayos naman pala na pumasok ako dito sa EC. Comfortable. Haha! I'm currently listening to Greenday's 21 Guns. Nice song indeed!
