1990 I remember after my dance recital my mother bought the Rhythm Nation VHS. I watched that tape everyday lol. One day it popped! My grandfather got another one. I can't explain it but I was just drawn to her. It was like she understood me. Idk it may sound silly being I never met her so how in the world would she understand me. I never had alot of friends, I guess she became my friend in my head. She is always so soft spoken and humble. I loved watching her interviews. She's such a sweet person, beautiful inside and out.
