What's problematic is that you're constantly battling between your mind and your heart. For example, you'll pour out your heart in a certain moment, but your mind will poke things at you like "are you sure?" You are an emotional person who's heavily conscious about your emotions. You want to be viewed as a soldier, so you internalize your pain.
