'Don't come with us they said. You might get hurt they said' you thought as you just finished getting dressed into your pj shorts and one of Sam's shirts since you couldn't find one of your own. Sam and Dean had gone off to sort out a small vampire nest in town and told you to stay put here at this crappy motel, on my own. I mean yeah, it could be worse but hey, I guess it would do. When you're dressed you move over to the bed and sit crossed legged with Sam's laptop on your lap, you was scrolling through the google tab looking at all the research the boys had recently been looking at for the case when a couple of minutes into looking you hear a faint knock at the window. You turn to see what looked like a silhouette of a man, at first you could have sworn it was a tree but as it moved closer to the window it became clearer to see who it was. It was the same marine who helped you and the boys a couple of hunts ago, David Smith. Thing is though, what was he doing here? You got up and made your way towards the door. You open it until it reaches eye level, but before you could start asking questions, he kicks the door back which causes you to go crashing back into the room. David walked forward and grabbed your hair, causing you to yelp in pain as yanked you up off the floor so you're now at eye level with him. "David, what? Why are you doing this?!" You ask trying to release his grip from your hair. "I don't know, Bekah. Maybe you should tell me" he replied, throwing you onto the bed. You go to sit up but he pushes you back down so he is on top of you. "Now, if you would just stay still..." he said. He looked down at you, whilst straddling your waist; he then pulled out a knife from his jacket pocket and held it against your neck. "It was nice knowing you, my dear" he moved the knife towards your lower abdomen and pierced it through your skin. You winced at his movements and moved your hand towards the knife; you knew if you took it out it would just produce more blood so you had to keep it where it was for now. David went over toward the desk in the corner of the room and picked up one of Dean's shirts and some rope, he then tied both your hands to each ends of the bed post and wrapped Dean's shirt around your mouth so you couldn't speak. "Now, you be a good girl and wait here for your stupid brothers to come get you. They don't know what happened but as soon as they come back and see you here, dead. Well that would be a surprise for them. Consider it an early birthday present from me" he laughed. As David leaves you start to feel light-headed and begin to feel sleepy. Outside you hear a car engine pull away quickly and assume that's David gone. You look down and see the knife still in your stomach and wince a little knowing the knife is still in you. You know that you can't fall asleep as you will likely slip into a coma or something else really bad might happen. All you know is that you have to stay awake until your brothers get back, but how long will that be? You let your head fall so it's now facing down as you become more tired, you're fighting to keep my eyes open as you wait impatiently for Sam and Dean to arrive. But that fails when your eye finally close.
*time skip*
It has now been at least a couple hours since David had left you stranded like this. You force your head up to face the clock on the wall that now read 10:36pm. After what seemed a lifetime you finally hear the familiar sound of the impala pull outside. You tried shouting for them but it was no use. You let your head fall down once again; staring at the knife sticking in your stomach like you was a piece of play-doh. You're now unable to do anything; You're too weak to function properly. This was it you were going to die. You're scared of what might happen to the ones you loved when you were gone. Dean would break down, you know. Like what happen when dad died, he didn't talk to you or Sam for 2 weeks. It was awful. And Sam, well you don't know, when dad died he just went on and tried to forget by carrying on the family business. You would feel awful for leaving them, you can't leave them. You hear the sound of keys being turned in the door and someone walking in. You wanted to look up and see who it was but was too weak to lift your head. "Sammy, you know I always get the last lau--, Y/N!!" Dean by the sounds of it dropped whatever he was carrying and ran to the bed where you were tied to. "SAM! SAMMY! GET IN HERE NOW!!" Dean shouted towards you presume the door. He moved around one side of the bed and had untied your hand then proceeded to the same with the other hand. He then gently lifted you up in his arm and placed you in a more comfortable position so you were now able to see everything. You looked up and saw Dean throw the shirt that was around your mouth on the floor and cupped your face. "Y/N, it's okay I got you. You're going to be fine, it's going to be okay, baby" You reached up and stroked Dean's chin, his stubble made your hand tickle a bit as you gently stroked your hand across his jawline. "Dean, stop shouting it's almost 11--, Oh my God, Y/N! What the hell happened?" Sam asked worryingly as he ran round the opposite side of Dean and held your hand. "Dean, we need to get her to a hospital, now!" Sam said looking towards Dean, tears starting to form in his eyes. "Sam grab my phone, call 911, now!" Dean replied as a single tear rolled down his face and splashed onto your face. Sam jumped up and ran towards the desk which had Dean's phone on, without hesitation Sam dialled 911 and was telling them everything that happened what he knew. You looked back up at Dean as a tear escaped your eyes, he moved fully onto the bed and rested your head on his lap to try and make it more comfortable for you. Sam was standing behind Dean with tears streaking down his face and a hand on Dean's shoulder. "Hey, it's going to be fine. The ambulance is on its way and you're going to okay, right squirt?" Sam struggled to say as he made his way around and sat on the other side of the bed where you were laid and Dean was sat. With what strength you had in you, you lifted both your arms up and stroked both Sam and Dean's cheeks. You wiped away their tears as they came rolling down and told them it's going to be okay. Dean closed his eyes and angled his head so it was looking like he was praying, which in fact he was. After a couple of minutes had passed, Dean lifted his head, but still able to see you and smiled a little looking down at you. Within seconds of Dean's little prayer a flash of light came from the other side of the room where the TV was located and Castiel appeared. Sam jumped up and went straight to him, dragging him over to where the bed you were lying on was. At first Cas seemed a little confused of why he was here but when he saw Dean holding you on the bed, with tears in his eyes he was now fully aware of the situation. Sam released him and moved around so he was now behind Dean and moved his hand down so he was holding yours. "Cas, please you gotta help her. Please." Dean begged as he gently held you closer. Cas moved so he was now looking at me with a saddened expression on his face. He looked up towards Sam and Dean. "I can help her, but first you going to have to remove the knife from her stomach" Dean nodded and looked at you as if to ask if it was okay. You looked up at him through your now puffed up and blurry eyes and nodded slowly. Dean moved his hand so it was now resting on the knife and slowly but gently began to pull it out. You cried out in pain as it made its way out of your stomach, you clenched Sam's hand tighter as Dean finally pulled it out. Sam let go of your hand and turned around to pick up one of his shirts to press against the wound to slow the bleeding down. You cried out as he gently pressed it to the wound and told you to keep putting pressure on it. You did as he said but still it hurt a lot. Cas then place his hand on your forehead and began to heal you. You cried more as he was in the progress of healing as the pain was still with you. Dean looked down at you with sympathy in his eyes and started to hum to one of his, yours and Sammy's favourite song. Soon Sam began to join in with Dean humming along as Cas was almost done with the healing. When Cas had finished the room was silent for a moment, Dean looked at Sam then back down at you. "I have healed her to the best of my ability, she is going to survive but she will still need to go to a hospital as she is still in a critical condition" Cas said as he placed a hand on your shoulder. As Cas had finished talking the sound of an ambulance rang from outside the motel room. Sam looked down at Dean and nodded before running out the door to tell the paramedics where we were. Not long after Sam came running in, followed by a team of paramedics with a stretcher to put you on. Dean who never left your side helped you on to the stretcher and followed the paramedics towards the ambulance. "Sammy, go and get all our stuff from the room and meet me at the hospital, I'm going to ride with Y/N. I don't want to leave her" Sam didn't say anything but just nod and watch as they lifted you up into the back of the van and close the doors after Dean got in.
*Third person view*
Sam ran back to the room and collected all of their stuff and walked back towards where the Impala was, he turned and saw Cas make his way around the passenger side of the Impala and get in. Sam threw the siblings stuff into the back then got into the driver's side and followed the ambulance down the highway. Cas looked over at Sam who had one hand on the wheel and the other, elbow lent against the window and his hand over his mouth. "She will be fine, Sam. I made sure that when I was healing her she was able to get through this, though she might take a couple of days, maybe weeks to recover, she will be fine." Sam looked over at Cas then went back to concentrating on the road. "I know, Cas. And I'm forever going to be thanking you for that it's just, Y/N is my little sister and I don't know what I would do if I was to lose her like this. I need to find the person who did this to her and when I do, I'm going to kill em'!" Cas looked at the Winchester startled and then gave a half smile, seeing a tear roll silently down the right of his cheek. Cas, knows how much Sam loves and care for his sister, because Y/N was like a younger sister to Cas and he wouldn't let anyone harm her. Cas looked down at his thumbs and began to twiddle them around trying to distract himself, and as for Sam, he was looking out towards the road, he glanced over at Cas playing with his thumbs and gave a quick half smile and then went back to watching the road, wiping away the newly fresh tears that had rolled down his cheek.
