IMPORTANCE OF RIVERS...

Rivers are our lifeline,

and they make our country shine.

Rivers are the gift of nature,

let us save them for the future.

Rivers have such importance,

but people think it as a nuisance.

By some people rivers get polluted,

for other people the water quality gets diluted.

Rivers give us water to drink,

but now they are spoiled as an ink.

Rivers give us water to cook,

but now they are not so good to look.

Rivers give us water to bath,

but now they are in wrath.

Rivers are used for irrigation and navigation,

but now they are not able to serve the whole nation.

So save the rivers as,

Rivers are our lifeline,

and they make our country shine.
