If at first, we don't succeed
We should check back on our beliefs
For once we understand
That everything is as we've planned
And that there's no one to blame
For the experiences and choices, we've made
Then there's no need to feel like a victim
For allowing others to get the best out of us
We can choose to see this as a lesson learned
As we leave the past behind with its concern
Life is too important for us to waste it pointing fingers
Because whether people agree with us or not
Only we can for ourselves choose to be better thinkers.
