We laugh, We Cry
People leave and come by
Some live hoping
Others just coping
Time is passing
Praying for the surpassing
Looking in that mirror
it was never the same
started to notice those white shreds clearer
and the monster you have became
Those wrinkels say it all
I sat down and wondered
Have i reached my Life Goal ?
My moments were recalled
All my life i have been waiting for that moment
Waiting for the best
and with work obsessed
Waiting for each opportunity
Trying to fit in this community
A smirk was drawn on my face
Not so long, crumbled with the silence of that place
I looked around me
None i can see
unstoppable ringtone
Yet its just a telephone
I took a step back
Looked back and forth
Was that what i waited for ?
A busy lonely life
Left my beloved ones behind
Built a wall around
I got what i wanted
But not what i needed !
I looked back into the mirror
I dont know her
So i picked up my bag
and went back
to my wag
and my telephone clack.
