To make class interesting, I think teachers should do something unexpected. Unique. For instance in my free time in grade school, one of my teachers would bring out his guitar and sing about anything. Let me just say that was a great experience.
Most people, I'm guessing, aren't early birds so it was nice when my teacher mixed things up when accounting for attendance. He would make us say hello in different languages.
Also, I saw bullying as an issue. I don't if it was the schools I went or what, but I would see kids get verbally bullied and some teachers who were around didn't do a thing. I know teachers do look out for this kind of thing, but they should more effort into this kind of situation.
Nonetheless, teachers are educators and learning should be fun not painful!
