Chapter 8 recovered

Two weeks later stoick and the girls know that hiccup lost his lower left leg and so does hiccup he's been taking lessons to walk with a metal leg so far he is doing very good but he doesn't know they are going to California

"Stoick? Asked a nurse" right here said stoick "you can see your son if you want to she said "okay stoick said they followed the nurse to a room they entered the room hiccup was  in the bed  wide awake "hi guys he said "hi hiccup how are you feeling "a bit bored I want to get out of this hospital he said "well I have good news son as soon as your out of the hospital we are going to California for 2 weeks! Said stoick "what your serious?said hiccup "yep said Astrid "thank you so much dad said hiccup "and we are taking a private jet there said Heather "yes said hiccup

One week later hiccup has learned how to walk on his metal leg which looked high tech and when he walked it always made a tink sound when it touched the ground "so hiccup said the doctor "I guess your going home today he said "yes thank you for everything he said " no problem the doctor replied 10 minutes he was walking down the hall to reception where his dad and sisters were waiting for him

Meanwhile in reception the girls were excited to see their younger brother they heard the familiar tink tink coming from the hallway and their brother walked around the corner it was the first time the girls saw his metal leg "wow your leg looks so cool Astrid said "thanks he said before he could do anything he was rapped up in a big hug from his dad and his sisters "I missed you son stoick said "are you ready to go to California?"you bet said hiccup "then lets go shall we but first we gotta go and pack our bags said Astrid

30 minutes later they had arrived at the house hiccup tried to climb the stairs but it hurt his leg "aaa he hissed in pain "hiccup are you okay asked Heather with concern in her voice "yeah its just I can't get up the stairs it hurts my leg "okay she said and before hiccup could do anything she scooped him up in her arms and carried him up the stairs "wow hiccup you are sooo light "well I didn't eat the food they gave me because hospital food sucks! he said "hiccup that was not clever until you get back the 20 pounds you lost you will eat anything we put in front of you deal?growled Heather "deal said hiccup quickly he didn't want to argue with his sister  heather went back downstairs to help out ,while hiccup packed she called Astrid and stoick over "listen since hiccup couldn't get up the stairs I carried him up but he was sooo light I asked him why was he light he said he didn't eat any of the hospital food he got so I made him promise he would eat anything we put in front of him okay? Okay said Astrid and stoick  a few minutes hiccup came down the stairs with his bag packed "lets go he said
