A hybrid is created when one species breeds with another and their offspring is a mix of both.

-minotaur

Powers:
The hybrids powers depend on the two parents. For example a nephilim has the powers of the angel parent while also having the physical body and empathy of a human.
Weaknesses:
A hybrids weakness also depends on the two parents. For example a nephilim has a weakness of angelic or demonic weapons much like their angel parent but also are mortal like their human parent.
A tribrid is a being that is a combination of three different species. They can be less powerful than a hybrid if each other three species are very different. If each of the three species are very similar (vampire, werewolf and witch) they may be stronger than a hybrid or one of the original species (vampire). One parent may be a hybrid while the other is a different species.
