When Madea Simmons is invited to Gotham City's Wayne Enterprises II, she encounters Underworld Vampires that threatens the world, she takes out her old vampire materials and hunts Vampires. Soon The Dark Knight finds her. Madea doesn't trust him. While the Joker and Harley Quinn are taken to the Vampires Underworld, Joker comes up with a plan to team up. Meanwhile, Gotham is under destruction by Vampires, Batman, his assistants, and Madea team up to kill Vampire.
