After I drop Sydney off at her school I head to my own school Holy Trinity. I am thanking god that this is my last year at the school.

As I am driving I pull out my smokes and take one out and I light it up. I don't care how bad it is for you I will continue smoking until I no longer have to be Sydney's motherly figure in her life, don't get me wrong I love the kid but at some points she tests my every last nerve.

As soon as I pull into the parking lot I see my best friend Lexy. we get along so well because, well I don't know why, we are complete opposites. she is boy crazy an madly I love with this guy Trent no matter how many times he hurts her or let's her down, she refuses to give up on him even though he has given up multiple times. where I really don't care to much about guys why fall in love with someone and give them the opportunity to hurt you? I mean happiness is only a false sense of security.

"Roxy! Baby! how ya doing? I missed you!" Lexy runs and hugs me and I admit I have been a bad best friend but how can I watch my dad and sister and have time to hang out?

" I've been busy but great, what classes do you have this semester?"

" I have English, health care, math, and religion." she rolls her eyes showing her displeasure with what she has." what do you have beautiful?"

"Bio, art math and English" we have different levels of math so we know we don't have it together " hey! we still have lunch together, dart breaks as well"

" Obviously!" she flicks the end of her smoke towards the tray but like every one else she misses, hey she tried though right?

Evans POV

When I pull into the parking lot I see her right away, Roxy Decarlois. I actually hate her with a passion she thinks every thing is about her and she can have anything she wants. she's arrogant and it's annoying, she thinks every one likes her but in reality she is hated by the school population.

I grab my bag and start heading towards my buddy Dillon, I check my time table to make sure I have all university level courses. first period is AP chemistry.

" Hey man haven't seen much of you this summer what happened? " Dillon was always the one for handouts and plans to be made but my parents didn't like that whatsoever. They think he's the reason for my not so perfect average.

" They put me into 4 different summer schools this time and 3 night classes I had no room to breathe, I wish I could have hung out with you though" Dillon looked like a kicked puppy. he thinks my parents hate him and that's what he's going to say

" It's alright that's what I figured happened, they hate me though I can feel it in their voice and the way they look at me when I'm over getting lessons from you"

" They don't hate you they just mis-understand you, don't worry about it, I'm almost 18 and then I don't have to do anything they tell me to do."

"Alright man, see you in chem?"

"Yeah of course do you think I would be able to skip on the first day?" he laughs and we walk our own ways to our own lockers.

This year is going to be hell with my parents.
