Kwon JiYong's Untitled, 2014 debuted with an allkill, the first song to do after the charts reform, got +1mil UL in 1st 24hrs, has +2.2mil listeners in Melon's hall of fame, got PAKs, was CAKing for 3 days straight... something other bgs failed to achieve this year. Untitled won 6 times despite not being promoted even once in music shows. It wasn't promoted, Jiyong never performed it on TV even once, didn't go to any shows or interviews or anything. And yet it still did better than other releases that had full scale promotions this year. The album sold +1mil copies in China alone in less than a week. The album has +100mil streams in gaon, Untitled has +1.3mil dls so far. Despite Gaon not counting the physical sales and YG not making more copies, it sold +113k copies. MOTTE was the most attended tour this year by a kpop act. A great success. +650K people attended. Saying shit like 'some people told me it flopped' is the epitome of idiocy, you're not any different than dumb trolls on twitter spreading false shit. You should know very well the circumstances that Kwon Jiyong released his album this year in. In the middle of a big scandal, literally had no promo or support from YG, YG didn't even post any official pics or advertise his tour, but it still did this amazingly well. Search before you talk out of your ass. When the public gives more attention to Jiyong's chin/beard/chandelier/dating rumors than other groups' achievements then you know who's actually more 'relevant' to the general public. @selva3bd
