She sat with her hands supporting her from behind and had a soft smile on her red lips. You loved that smile.

She looked at you and laughed a genuine, twinkling laugher that you smiled at.

But you didn't just smile that that.

It was the way her blond hair streaked with brown floated as the wind blew and the twinkling of her eyes. Or maybe it was the way she smiled at you and said,

"Elephant Juice."

You snapped out of you're dream world in confusion and laughed, "I love you too." But she didn't hear. she would never hear you say that again.

She sighed and stared out into the sea with that faraway look. Meaning that she was thinking. Thinking about possibilities that you loved to hear.

Like if you were alive.
