WARNING: THIS STORY IS, FOR THE MOST PART, UNEDITED (ESPECIALLY IN THE BEGINNING). I BEGAN WRITING THIS STORY WHEN I WAS VERY YOUNG AND SOME OF THE CONTENT IS TRULY RIDICULOUS. I AM IN THE PROCESS OF EDITING AND REWRITING BUT IT TAKES TIME. PLEASE BARE WITH ME!

Hi. I'm Kendall (MissHutcherson) (:

I have a quick announcement before you begin to read my story.

As you can see, I have casted Marina Diamandis to play Lana in my story. If you're anything like me, I like to Google the celebrity so I can get a good picture of them as that character.

Marina Diamandis has recently died her hair from black to blond and in this story, I picture the blond Marina Diamandis as Lana so if you decide to take a look at her appearance (which I ask you do because she is very beautiful.(:) please look up either Marina Diamandis 2012 or Marina Diamandis blond.

Thank you!

xoxo

My heart was beating out of my chest as I stood within the shadows of a room I knew all too well.

My mate, Alpha Blaze of the Mid Moon Pack had decided I wasn't good enough for him so he decided to tend to his needs with a fellow pack member I had considered my best friend, Katy. My world crashed down upon me the first time he'd come to our chambers wreaking of sex and another woman.

Depression had consumed my life, restraining me to my bed whenever I was not preforming my Luna duties. My appetite either shrunk to nothing or grew to binge eating followed by extreme vomiting due to my body being accustomed to little good. Blaze hadn't even noticed.

I became determined to end my suffering once I heard Blaze confess his love for Katy during his sleep. Prolonging the inevitable was doing no good.

I'm sure heard you've heard the legend of Zeus splitting apart the humans. He thought that the humans were too strong as they were (two people put together) so, he split them into half. People will spend their whole life looking for their other half. This other half is otherwise known as a Mate to my kind.  Unfortunately, humans don't have the ability to detect their Mates as easily as we can and can go their whole life without them.

I'm a werewolf. Once we turn 16, we have the ability to shift into a wolf. When we do, we gain a wolf. A wolf is like your subconscious. It's always there, sending you signals as to what it feels, yet it can't really communicate with you in sentences. Along with being a werewolf, we get enhanced strength, speed, agility, hearing, sight, and endurance. We also have the ability to find our romantic other halves easier.

When we find our other half, there are very clear signs. You get sparks whenever you touch, when you're apart, it feels as if you are lost, and when your eyes connect, you'll just know it. Not to mention, your wolf will probably be screaming inside of you that he or she is your mate. The signals are usually stronger for the Royal family, Alphas, and Betas.

An Alpha leads the pack. He or she's inhanced qualities are usually stronger than the other pack members and has the authority to make pack members do what is best for the pack. A Beta is the Alpha's right hand man and takes over the pack in the Alpha's absence. Although a Beta has more inhanced qualities, it's only about half of the Alpha's amount. The Royal family is what rules over every single pack of werewolves. They keep everything in check and are stronger than the strongest Alpha.

Katy and Blaze sat on her bed, making out like they were each other's oxygen. The wolf inside me was whimpering in pain and howling in anger at the same time.

"Do you ever worry she'll find out about us?" Katy asked while they stared at each other lovingly. My stomach churned at the sight.

"Don't worry, love. She's too oblivious. Even if she did, she wouldn't say anything. She's too weak. You're not weak. That's why I wish you were my Mate." he said while kissing her nose.

"Yeah, but what if she knows and leaves? Won't your wolf sink into depression?" she said while nervously picking at the cuticles of her nails.

"Lana doesn't know and she's not leaving." he growled sternly and wrapped an arm around her waist to pull her closer into him.

I decided this was the perfect time to finally rid myself of the depression that had swallowed me. Before I could talk myself out of confronting my deceitful mate, I took a deep breath and walked into their line of vision.

"Oh, Lana knows. And she's already gone." I protested, using all I had in me to keep from crying.

I looked expectantly at Blaze only to be met with his blank, dumbstruck stare. I let out a hollow, melancholy laugh before

As I walked aimlessly down the street, I couldn't help but let a single tear streak its scorching path down my face.

That was the last tear I would ever cry for Blaze Tazman.
