Two Tibetan Mastiffs (most mastiffs are guard dogs or herding dogs)
Everest--Male
The first Mastiff is male and stands 33 inches at the withers (shoulders/where the neck meets body/etc.). That translates to about 2'9". His head is about another 4-5 inches taller putting the total height of head around 3'1". Although most males are around 30 inches at the withers there have been records of males reaching 33 inches. He weighs 181 lbs.

McKinley--Female
The second Mastiff is female and stands 29 inches at withers (shoulders/where the neck meets body/etc.). That translates to about 2'5". Her head is about another 4-5 inches taller putting the total height of head around 2'8". Although most females are 27 inches at the withers there have been records of females reaching 29 inches/ Her weight is 178 lbs.

1. Dog brushes (two) [about one pound for both]
2. Tent [5 lbs (average for one person is 3lbs)]

5. First aid kit [most weigh about one pound so for a high-quality one the author is gonna guess 5 lbs]

1. 200 full metal jacket arrows at about 2 oz per arrow (the author is guessing because she can't find the weight anywhere) which equates to 25 lbs.

(People can safely backpack about 20-25% of their body weight, in OC's case, 24-25 lbs.)
She also has her phone and headphones.
OC and her dogs were backpacking to cabin in woods for a week's worth of hunting. Non-perishable food and water were stored in the cabin along with necessities. Was supposed to be an overnight trip=less than twelve miles in flat, snowy woods--with the average hike through snow being 6-7 miles a day for an in-shape person
OC is 5' and weighs 120 lbs (in case you didn't get the hints). Google assures me this is a normal weight for a 5' female [range of 97-127 lbs].
