I glanced around the street as I strolled through Corona, smiling at people as I passed. I'd been a princess officially for a month now, and I was still feeling claustrophobic being locked up in the castle. The meetings, the fittings, the dresses, the wedding planning; it was exhausting.

As I approached a market stall, I saw that the vendor's face was warping into one of terror. He pointed behind me; I turned to see a black cloud looming above the castle, spreading out and blocking out the sky. Torrents of rain began pelting down. People ran; screamed; took cover. I tried to look around but the rain was too heavy for me to see, so I stumbled blindly through the streets, my desperation to find shelter growing with each step.

Someone called my name. I turned to where the voice was coming from, but a bolt of lightning burned through me, and everything went black.

"Next time, I'm driving." Astrid said, clutching my waist more tightly. Toothless grunted beneath us and sent her flying into the air, only to catch her again a moment later.

"He doesnt like being told what to do, Astrid." I said condescendingly, rubbing Toothless' head.

"Yeah, yeah." She grumbled, holding my waist again. "Where are we even going any- What on earth is that?!" She pointed up at the sky above Berk, which was turning black.

"Quick, this way." I mumbled to Toothless, and we veered away from the clouds. However, even Toothless' incredible speed was no match for the storm, and we found ourselves being pelted with torrential rain. I mean, we were used to bad weather, but this was just ridiculous.

We landed on a spur of land. I followed Astrid as she scrambled off of Toothless, and began running towards a cave entrance. Just as she approached the opening, a bolt of lightning struck Astrid down, and she crumpled to the floor.

"No!" I shouted through the roar of the storm, and clambored over to help her. I dragged her into the cave, inspecting her. She still had a pulse, and I could see her breathing. Her eyelids fluttered, but she didnt wake. I looked around; Toothless was nowhere to be seen.

In a fit of terror I scrambled out of the cave. "Toothless!" I shouted into the storm. "TOOTHLE-" He shot past me and into the cave. I sighed a breath of relief. We were all safe. I turned to retreat back into the cave, then felt my body burning and crumpling, and blackness enveloped me.

I sighed gently and laid my head on the soft grass. The summer sun beat down onto Kristoff and I, who were basking in the bright light, far away from the shadow cast by the shadow of the palace, and the pressures that came with being royal.

Kristoff rolled onto his side and looked at me, his face showing his ease but also his nervousness. We were still quite nervous around each other, but I found Kristoff's nervousness adorable.

"I think we should go back soon." He said gently, brushing a strand of hair from my forehead. "Elsa will be wondering where you are."

"Let her wonder." I giggled. "I'm not the queen, she is. All I have to do is look pretty."

"And you do that good...I mean good that you do...uh, I mean well, you do that well." He chuckled nervously, his eyes glittering in the light.

The sunlight was cut out, plunging our little patch of heaven into shadow. I glanced up at the sky; dark clouds billowed overhead, sending rain thrashing down towards us.

Kristoff scooped me up onto Sven's back and we raced away, but the clouds outran us, and we were pelted with harsh, freezing rain. It wasn't long before both of us were soaked through.

As we approached the palace, I noticed someone stood on the balcony outside my room. It was probably Elsa, looking out for where I might be. As I was about to call out to her, a golden bolt of lightning shot down from the pitch black clouds and struck the balcony, and most likely Elsa.

I cried out, and jumped from Sven's back, trying to find some kind of shelter, but there was nowhere I could see through the sheets of rain.

I felt Kristoff behind me, trying to pull me away, pulling me into his embrace, but I lost all feeling of anything except a searing, agonising pain jolting through my body, and then nothing at all.

I shot down the last target as I galloped through the forest on Angus, cheering gleefully. I did this every day, hit every target. I'd never missed.

"Ah!" I cried as a branch slammed into my outstretched arm. Angus, spooked by the sudden noise, reared back and galloped franticly forwards, throwing me from his back and to the ground. I jumped up and chased him, cooing soothing words of encouragement at him. When he kept running, I turned around and looked up at the sky. Sometimes he spooked when a storm was rising.

"What on earth..." The sky had turned an unearthly shade of black. I turned back to Angus and started following him, but the lightning came more quickly than I expected, and tore through my body like fire, the pain burning, then ebbing into nothingness.

It was the night before Easter. I'd just been visiting Bunny and the rest of the Guardians, getting ready for the big day. Now I was soaring high above the clouds, resisting the urge to make it snow. I'd promised Bunny I wouldn't interrupt Easter this year.

Beneath me, the fluffy white clouds began to turn black, like tar. I stopped and looked more closely at them. This wasnt the work of Pitch, but it was no ordinary storm.

I shot a hole through the cloud and flew through, looking up once I was clear of it. Beneath, the clouds were rumbling and eddying, sending down harsh torrents of bitter rain.

I tried to swoop down, away from the clouds and the lightning that I knew was coming, but the storm had other plans. An electric pain ripped through every inch of my body, not easing until I plummetted to the ground, engulfed by unconsciousness.
