Penelopes POV
This is it. This is my moment. The only time I feel like im alive. I got in diving stance and caught a look at my reflection. You could practically see the adrenaline coarsing through me in my sea green eyes, a rather odd colour considering no one had the same. A strand of my dull black hair came out from underneath my cap. I tucked it behind my ear, looked forward and prepared myself for the sound of the shot.
BOOM...
I was flying off the stand within seconds and exhilaration shot through me as soon as the cool blue water hit my skin. As soon as I was fully immersed I knew that this was my domain and here none could stop me.
