A kick in the stomach,
A punch in the heart,
That's how it felt,
When you walked away.
You left with no words,
Not a shadow of doubt,
You were confident in saying,
You didn't want to stay.
I tried to reach out,
I told you how I felt,
Still you walked away,
With not a shadow of doubt.
You knew I would fight,
Yet you still walked away,
