Derek's P.O.V

As I collapse on top of Stiles I gasp. Can it be? Is he my mate? I thought two guys couldn't mate. It's never happened before. That I know of. It would explain lots of things. Like how stiles scent attracted me. Plus the whole jealousy and possessiveness.

"Um stiles..." I whisper. His eyes are closed and his breathing is relaxed. Aww he passed out. He is so cute when he sleeps. He even has that goofy smile on his sleepy little face. I nuzzle my face into his neck and kiss his cheek. I definitely need to sort some things out. i should go and speak to Deaton. I get off his bed and clean him up with a towel I got from his bathroom. I climb out the window and start off towards Deaton's clinic.

Stiles' P.O.V

I awake from the best sleep of my life. I smell something. Something awesome. It smells similar to woods and that smell just before it rains but there is also a powerful smell like electricity. Does electricity have a smell? Either way my whole room is filled with the scent. Did I buy a new air freshener? I try to stand but a shooting pain erupts in my lower back. God damn that hurts. After a few seconds it dulls enough for me to walk to my bathroom. I hop in the shower and start to wash my self. I smell that scent again but it starts to fade and for some reason I get sad. Really sad and a kind of crushing loneliness hits me. Suddenly I let out a whine. Wtf why am I whining like a dog. I crawl out of the shower and do my best to breathe and calm down. What the hell is going on. I smell the air again and the scent has stopped fading but it's not as potent anymore. My senses cling to the scent. That's when I realize my senses have all gotten slightly stronger. What is going on?

Ahahahaha that's right my little spark embrace your new powers. Bask in your mates scent while you still can. Soon your light shall be mine.

Unknown P.O.V

Finally stiles is starting to realize what's happening. Hopefully Derek will be strong enough to protect him until he fully grasps his powers. If not the damage to every life stiles has come into contact with will be in danger.
