In the episode, Spongebob and Patirck found a baby clam. They decided to take it in and be parents. When deciding the role jobs, Spongebob offers to be the mother because he's wearing a shirt. So basically women have to wear a shirt, becuase you know to hide their cleavage.So ladies keep on you shirt, and guys do what ever the hell you want to do.
