If you ever think that know one cares about you, read through the Gospels to see how Jesus felt about people who were suffering. They are filled with times when Jesus helped people who were in pain. His character has not changed from then until now; he still cares every single moment of your life. Don't ever think that He doesn't care because He absolutely does. Even if He doesn't solve all of your problems, He will guide you through them always.
