Growing Colder
Her thoughts take her away to a whole new place
As she looks out to the rain that's pouring
She's depressed but doesn't know why anymore
Everything seems to be going good, yet she feels alone
Anger, sadness, pain, all tear at her heart
Breaking it even more than it was before
Her thoughts contain depressing thoughts
As she wonders why can't she be more happy
A coldness has settled over her body
Slowly freezing her from the inside to her core
And nothing can stop the harsh cold from spreading
It's slowly taking control of her and her life
Only one person can save her
But he doesn't even notice her changing
He doesn't notice her growing colder and colder
Soon, it'll be too late, and she'll be too far gone
She's growing colder each day
She's getting angrier all the time
Depressed thoughts eat her alive
Her heart is almost dead
All because she is alone.
