It was a long trip from West Virginia to main. "Mom are we there yet?" Erin asked in her high pitched voice. "Not yet sweety" I sat in the back seat wanting to go back to what I knew was home.
"Stay on your side jack!" Erica said. Stop talking to your stupid doll! " " it can't hear you. " I said. "yes it can!" She said.
When we finally arrived all I saw was a falling apart shack. The shutters were chipped, the Windows were cracked, the roof was almost caved in.
Did mom or dad ask if we wanted to move? No. Did they ask how we felt about moving? No. Did they care? No.
"Alright we are here!" Dad announced .
