Truth - AWTOK doesn't exist. If the government was really hunting shifters most of us would dead by now.
Myth - Werewolves and lycans are the same thing.
Truth - Werewolves and lycans are two different species.
Myth - You can be a hybrid, to example a werewolf - werefox cross.
Truth - While you can carry more than one gene, you cannot be a hybrid - its either one or the other. However two beastforms can be achieved by being both a biological shifter and a pelt shifter.
Myth - Werewolves and lycans are the only kind of shifter.
Truth - There are many types of shifter - cats, deer, birds, dragons, foxes and more.
Myth - Vampires and shifters hate each other.
Truth - While they may compete for food or territory or get into fights, shifters' relationships with vampires is really no different from relationships with individuals of their own species.
