Bringing her back!

Chapter 7

They were walking over some hills and then all of a sudden gun shots could be heard. They ran behind some rocks and they looked around and looked panicked as they couldnt see anything.

Konnie made some hand signals and they started shooting. There were granades flying over and falling all around them. Konnie shook her head and they ran behind another rock but on the way a granade landed beside Konnie and another soldier,

Konnie and the soldier looked to be knocked out until Konnie's eyes fluttered open and she looked around. She looked down at herself and her leg was pouring with blood. She looked at the man beside her who was clearly dead,

She shot up and limpered behind a  where she continued shooting. It all went quiet and Konnie and her soldiers looked confused. She made some hand signals and they walked into the forrest and hid in a cave.

I shot up breathless, she's hurt. I got up and showered and when i went downstairs i saw Alpha and his mate outside on the steps. I went out and sat beside them and they looked at me as i looked on at the oak tree,

"she's hurt!" i said and they continued to look at me "a grenade fell beside her and a soldier, the other soldier died but she has a fucked up leg!" i said as a tear ran down my cheek. I quickly qiped it away and her mum pulled me into a hug,

I saw two soldiers come running round the cornewr and up the path. When they got to us they saluted and Alpha gave them a swift nod "we have your mail for you sir!" one said and passed the letters to Alpha "eh.. thank you!" he said and the officer nodded,

"Commading Generel Gilern ordered us to deliver your mail every morning staright from the depot so all your mail will be on time in the future!" he said and he nodded "thank you!" he said and the officer nodded,

"a word of warning for the future, there is an army letter in there and the emblem is in gold meaning its well bad news if its in red its good news!" he said and we all nodded "thank you again!" he said and the men ran away,

Alpha looked at the letter before opening it and he read it over "she's missing in action and they dont know where she is!" he said and i frowned "do you know where?" her mum asked and her voice was cracking,

"i think she's in some forrest and there hiding in c a cave!" i said and she nodded. The reest of the day went very slow and to be honest i was feeling shit, i could loose my mate!
