The plant of octlobia was once a flourishing framing and trading planet before the galactic war between the Republic and the Seperatists that waged thought out the galaxy. The war destroyed any planet it touced and as with other planets war came to octlobia. octlobia had no way to fight back since it was a peaceful planet and did not allow wepons. So when they attacked they had to side with the sith but there was a lot of Republic spies within the octlobian cities. There was two spies graeter than the rest. They were Rose'o Lee and humbario
