She continues to smile in hopes that you'll see

Just how happy she is able to be

She cries in hopes that you won't

For comfort you should give, but you don't

She stares at herself, the way she is

Known as the coward in her eyes not man

Now it's you that she sits to blame

For your name is nothing but shame

The way she sees nothing but flaws

Take a bow, but she'll hold her applause

For the presence that you withdrew

Her inability to trust and to believe

This trait from you she did receive

So now look to what you have made

This picture of you that's portrayed
