In My Arms

I have seen you cry

A million times before

I know the reason

Is the same as before

I get that you feel

Like you have nowhere to turn

Just know my arms are always open for.

And when the tears come down

I will wipe off your face

I'm so sorry that -- I can't erase the pain

So here in my arms

Is where you'll stay

I'm sorry that -- nothing stays the same

Your broken frame

Your clouded eyes

Afraid of the light

Afraid of the skies

I know that you think

You have no place to go

But my arms are open, just like before

And when the tears come down

Aha, I get comments and people are like "This would be a good song!" Well, you're right! I'm not meaning that in a cocky way, I'm just saying that when I wrote this, I had ORIGINALLY meant it as song lyrics. So, yes, they are basically lyrics! I'm glad that is noticable!
