I have seen you cry
A million times before
I know the reason
Is the same as before
I get that you feel
Like you have nowhere to turn
Just know my arms are always open for.
And when the tears come down
I will wipe off your face
I'm so sorry that -- I can't erase the pain
So here in my arms
Is where you'll stay
I'm sorry that -- nothing stays the same
Your broken frame
Your clouded eyes
Afraid of the light
Afraid of the skies
I know that you think
You have no place to go
But my arms are open, just like before
And when the tears come down
I will wipe off your face
I'm so sorry that -- I can't erase the pain
So here in my arms
Is where you'll stay
I'm sorry that -- nothing stays the same
Please believe me
I only want to help
Please understand
I know the feelings well
So here in my arms
Is where you'll stay
I'm keeping you here
Till you know you're safe..

Aha, I get comments and people are like "This would be a good song!" Well, you're right! I'm not meaning that in a cocky way, I'm just saying that when I wrote this, I had ORIGINALLY meant it as song lyrics. So, yes, they are basically lyrics! I'm glad that is noticable! Now, I'm sorry if you thought this was misleading or something! Since this isn't what some consider a poem. I apologize, but encourage you to click over to other chapters and read some of those! Thank you my dears, I loveee you! (Even if I don't know you! Isn't that awesomely creepy?)
