All people in this universe is tested when they are 16 by an Alpha scenting them as Alpha's can identify a classification. Then they are given the class drug (which only works of the member of that classification) to prep the body to live has that class. (in magic worlds this is done by magic, not medicine), and their partners are found on the self-updating worldwide register that all the soul marks (names of the soulmate) appear in. changing adresses automatically changes in with register.
