I looked up when I hear the front door open, watching as Shawn entered the apartment. He sat next to me on the couch, pulling my legs over his lap as he smiled.
"How was rehearsal?" I asked, yawning.
He adjusted himself again, laying his head across my lap and laughing when I ran my fingers through his hair. "It was okay, I'm getting really excited."
"You sound exhausted, you should go to bed." I reply after hearing his sleepy voice. It's so cute, I hate him for it.
It was midnight and he had been there since early afternoon, he needed the rest.
"I'm comfy right here." He mumbles, already falling asleep. "Love you."
