1./ You must give credit. It can be in the form of either dedication or "Cover made by AMAnderson" in the description.
2./ If you do not plan on using the cover anymore, let me know. I'll put in the premades so that someone else can use it.
3./ If you would like something changed on it, let me know. I'm pretty flexible when it comes to these covers and I want you to like it.
4./ Please complete the payment. The cover won't be delivered to you unless you complete the payment. Payment is a permanent follow and adding this book to your library.
5./ Your story has to be published or published within a week of receiving the cover.
6./ Use my form when filling out a request. Be as detailed as possible. It helps me out a lot.
7./ Be nice and be patient. It usually takes me about a week to do a cover.
8./ Write the name of your favorite song after the last line in your request. That way I know you actually read the rules.
