"I need to leave Emma, I haven't fed in days and your starting to smell very appetizing right now." Loki said all of a sudden, letting my hand go. I looked up at him but he looked away from me.
"But you said you were going to wait with me." I complained.
"Now that I'm thinking about it, it wouldent look good if your mother finds you hanging around a vampire who looks hungry." he said still looking away.
"But what if I don't see you again?" I asked, I didn't want him to go. I took his hand in mine and griped it hard.
This time he looked down at me. His eyes were not the same golden brown color they were before. They were black, just black. I don't know what it was but right when he looked I me, I could feel the fear in my body so I let go of his hand, and when I did that he looked so hurt. I could see the hurt on his face and in his black eyes.
"I should go...." he said picking up his red duffle bag. I grabbed his hand.
"I'm sorry! I didn't mean to...." I dont know what to say.
"It's okay, I have to go anyways, I can smell a male alpha coming. Give me your hand." I did what he said and gave hI'm my hand.
