The Party with Him

Chapter Three: The Party with Him.

I woke up to my bedroom door being opened.

"Mom get out." I mumbled while opening my eyes.

The figure sat on my bed and shoved something at me.

I opened my eyes all the way and it was Alex!

"Alex! What are you doing here?!" I asked confused.

I took the coffee out of his hands as I sat up.

"I wanted to surprise you!" He smiled.

"Awe your so cute." I said while giggling.

I stood up to gave him a hug, and just like always he wrapped his arms around me.

"Thank you! You made my day already and it's only..." I say as I check the time, "9:30!"

"I know, I'm pretty great." He brags.

"I'm lucky to have you." I bragged back.

After a little bit of drinking my coffee and talking with Alex, he asked if I wanted to go to the mall before the party to get some new clothes and stuff to wear and of course I said yes, because who can deny a Mall day!?!?!

So we went to the mall and I got a super cute flannel dress thing that imma wear with leggings, and he got ANOTHER pair of ripped jeans with a black t-shirt and a flannel that kinda matches mine.

Ugh! He's so fricken hot!

After the mall we got some lunch and then went back to my house to hang.

We sat in my room watching Netflix while sitting on my bed, we were about a foot away from each other when all of a sudden I later my head into his shoulder and we both moved and I ended cuddled up next to him.

When it was time to go to the party, we got changed and then headed to the party.

As we got there I told him some of the pills here could be completely crazy and he said he is too.

When we walked into the house, I saw my best friend and I gave her a great big hug!

Alex's POV:
As I saw Megan hug this girl. It made me think. Megan is so gorgeous and just sweet and just all together amazing! I'm so lucky I met her!

After Megan and her friend released from the hug, Megan introduced me to her, her name was Nicole.

As we walked out to the backyard where the party was, Megan introduced me to a lot more people.

Most of the girls were pretty and most of the guys were hot.

I have no clue why Megan is still single.

As we toke a seat around the camp fire and socialized someone pulled out some alcohol, and I mean if everyone else there is drinking why can't I, so I grabbed a beer and sat right back down next to Megan.

She looked at me kinda odd, I wasn't sure why.

After two hours of meeting people and socializing it started to get dark, I think I had like 4 beers already.

Megan went to go use the restroom, and about five minutes later I feel someone tug on my shirt. They take my hand and lead me through the dark house.

We went up the stairs and into one of the bedrooms.

She kissed me, really passionately.

I pinned her up to the wall as she started to take off my flannel and shirt.

Megan's POV:
When I finally came back from the bathroom, I didn't see Alex, so I thought maybe he got lost looking for me.

So I started to look around the house. When I went upstairs I checked all the bedrooms and then went into Nicole's room, I turned on the light.

And at that very moment, I slammed the door and ran outside and hopped into my car.

I saw the door to the house it was Alex running out.

I sat in the car crying, and when Alex got in, he apologized a lot.

"I really like you! And I thought you liked me too, but then you LITERALLY KISS MY BEST FRIEND ALEX?!?" I screamed.

"Megan, I couldn't see who it was! I thought it was you!" He said while placing his hand on my shoulder.

"I'm sorry, Megan." He whispered.

"Whatever." I said back.

"If you want to go home then I'm fine with that." He said.

I turned on the car and backed out of the drive way.

The car ride was silent.

When we finally got back to our neighborhood, I got out of the car, and headed towards my house. I heard footsteps coming up behind me.

The arms that I knew so well wrapped around my waist.

I turned around.

"I'm so sorry Megan." Alex says while looking into my eyes.

He started to lean in as if he was going to kiss me. But I quickly turned around and walked into my house.

I went to my bedroom, and sat there. My curtains were open and all of a sudden, Alex's curtain flys open.

He runs to his desk and quickly writes something down and comes back towards the window.

I walk towards my window too. He holds up a piece of computer paper that says "I LOVE YOU!" On it.

Right as he held it up, I read it and then slammed my curtains closed.

I couldn't help but kinda smirk through my tears.

Did he really love me or is this just because I'm mad at him?

I got quite a few texts but I isn't open them. I ended up just falling asleep.

I woke up a few times through the night and all I could think about was him and Nicole kissing and him holding up that dumb piece of paper.
