Chapter 28: Confusion
AUTHOR'S POV
Nasa supermarket ngayon si Stella since out of stock uli ang food sa dorm ng EXO. May kasama ba siya? Yup, She and Sehun went to the supermarket but unfortunately, tumawag ang manager hyung nila that made Sehun left Stella alone in the supermarket.
Stella understands naman and she nodded and smile at Sehun when Sehun told her about it. Sinabi rin ni Sehun that he will come back naman so that Stella wouldn't have a hard time in carrying grocery bags.
She's currently looking at her things-to-buy-list when suddenly, someone bumped into her kaya nalaglag ang list na hawak niya. Pinulot naman ito ng guy na nakabangga sakanya then bows, nagbow rin si Stella at babalik na sana sa pagkuha ng groceries when the guy talked.
"You must be... Stella?" In an instant napatingin si Stella doon sa guy. The voice was deep and she didn't even knew the person at all, pero hearing him say her name made Stella look at the mysterious guy.
"Excuse me?" The guy is wearing a black cap, glasses and a scarf covering his mouth which made him look like he's somewhat suspicious in the eyes of others.
Napansin naman nung lalaki iyon because it's written all over Stella's face and so he decided to remove his glasses and to loosen his scarf for a bit. After doing that, still, Stella doesn't even recognize the guy which made the guy groan while scratching his nape.
"It's Peniel." He said in a hush tone. The guy thought na kapag sinabi niya iyon Stella's eyes will widen at makikilala niya ito but he's wrong. Mas lalong kumunot ang noo ni Stella sa ginawa niya. Hindi kase alam ni Peniel na hindi maka-KPOP si Stella at masyadong uninterested the K-idols.
At the end, walang nagawa si Peniel kung hindi sabihin kay Stella lahat ng information about him. That he's a member of Btob, he knows Ilhoon since Ilhoon is also a member of that group, he saw her at Cube Entertainment, he knows the dating scandal and he knew Stella. The girl that Ilhoon admires the most.
Nagsink in naman kay Stella ang sinabi ni Peniel and she feels apologetic towards Ilhoon. Tinanong naman ni Stella why is he in a supermarket at sinabi naman ni Peniel na he's the one who's in charge of the groceries today.
Tinulungan naman ni Peniel si Stella sa pagbili nito ng mga groceries, kapag hindi abot ni Stella, Peniel will do the job as well as pagbuhat ng mabigat na bagay at ikakabit sa cart. Stella naman is enjoying Peniel's company and she's thankful dahil mabait siya sakanya kahit nagcause siya ng scandal sa isang member ng group nila.
"Kumusta siya?" Hindi mapigilang kumustahin ni Stella si Ilhoon since hindi na sila masyadong nagcocontact after nang confession nito sakanya. Alam rin ni Stella na hindi pwedeng banggitin ang pangalan ni Ilhoon or else issue nanaman iyon since marami rami ang tao sa market.
"He's still recovering, broken hearted eh." Sabi ni Peniel sabay lagay ng salmon sa cart ni Stella. He took a glimpse of Stella's reaction after he blurted out those words and as expected, it's written all over Stella's face that she's worried about Ilhoon condition.
