Dropping to the floor,
Without a party beat.
Silent street.
Heart slowing without gravity
Blood flowing, sweet serenity.
The sky today is murky grey
It was bright blue yesterday.
An innocent walk, simple really.
Made me see things clearly.
My blood will pool,
Drop to the floor,
Gravity my enemy.
My hands cool,
Walking equals chore.
But my heart rate rises.
towards the murky sky.
Clammy hands,
Vampire skin,
And cold, so cold.
Darkness and light collide.
Heart in my throat.
And the sky is murky grey.
