Prologue
It was just a piece of machinery. That’s all it was, right? No. There was no way in hell this is all real. The Bug, some people called it. It was just some make believe thing. The Bug put you in a fight with yourself. Once you step in, there’s no stepping out.
It’ll trap you in your worst nightmare, causing you to fight for your own faith and humanity. You may believe it’s all just a dream, but no, it’s reality. Getting caught between worlds is not an easy thing to fight with. It kills you slowly, making people go crazy.
You run and run and run until there is nothing left. It gets stuck in your head. Do you think it’s all fake? No. There is no such thing as a “Dreamscape”. It’s everyone’s worst nightmare. You slowly begin to see things. Feel things of the unordinary. You’d have to try your hardest before it’s all over. If you lose, you die. If you win, you live. It’s that simple. You can believe in a game as well. But it’s not just a game.
