A person with life planned for them
well in advance
is finally breaking free
to be the person god intended
them to be
once thought to be great
thought to be perfect
broke the mold and showed
everyone who they could be
and what they could do
great things in their future
adventures and expeditions
a life all their own
planned out and executed
that person true and deep
showing the world their colors
that they are special
letting them all see that,
that person is me...
I may not be who
My parents wished me to be
but I am me.
And that is all I will
ever be.
