Author's Note

Hello readers, nice to meet you! Thanks for taking the time to check out my horror/urban fantasy novel, BLEEDER. I hope it entertains and unsettles you. I say that, because without you there would be no book and there would be no me. Well, that's not quite true, there'd still be me, but I wouldn't be half as happy. Life is best when one's doing what one loves. And I love writing about monsters, and sharing stories with those who enjoy reading them. BLEEDER is my first novel.

If you've ever written a novel (and some of you definitely have), you can attest to the amount of time, dedication and love that goes into penning and polishing each and every chapter. I honestly couldn't have done this without the support of a great many people. So, yes, here come more thank yous... 

First and foremost, to my husband Brenton, who puts up with having an absentee wife. One who regularly locks herself away in her office at weird hours of the day to pound out the tales of imaginary people whose adventures regularly clog up her brain. (Too many ideas, never enough time!) I love you - in every dimension.

And last, but never least... My mom, from whom I allegedly inherited this love of writing. I wish you were here to read my stories. I miss you, and always will. Thank you for planting the first genre seeds in the garden.
