Sanyukta was in her room.
She was arranging her stuffs into her cupboard.
"How am I going to tell everything to Maa and Papa?"
"How will they react?" Sanyukta thought.
Just then she received call from Renuka.
"Maa..." she chirped in happiness.
"How are you beta?" Renuka asked
"I am fine" "How about Papa and you?" She asked
"We are okay...."
"We miss you Sanyukta..." Renuka said
Sanyukta kept mum.
"Woh thik hai Maa?" Sanyukta asked
"Hmmm..." Renuka said
"Unhone papers sign kiye?" She asked in hope.
"Aab tak nahi kiye..." Renuka said
Sanyukta smiled a sad one.
A small ray of hope rose in her heart.
"Did you tell it to your parents, Sanyukta?" Renuka asked
"No Maa...not yet" "I don't know how will I tell them..." "They will get hurt..." "I don't know what to do...how to tell them" Sanyukta said
"Harsh is planning to come to India in next some days" "He will talk to your parents don't worry beta..." Renuka said
"Hmmm..." She replied
"Take Care beta..." Renuka said
"You too Maa...." She said
The call came to an end.
"Sanyu..." Anju came there.
Sanyukta got scared.
Did her mother heard their talks. She thought.
"Haan Maa..." Sanyukta turned immediately.
Anju looked at Sanyukta intently for sometime.
But for Sanyukta's luck, Anju has not heard anything from her conversation with Renuka.
"Papa is calling you..." Anju said
"Haan Maa...coming..." Sanyukta said
Sanyukta went to meet her father.
"Come Sanyu...sit here" Kishore said
"Papa what happened?" "You called me like this...I mean its quite late now" Sanyukta said
"Nothing beta...just like that" "It's been so many days we haven't talk like this" Kishore said
Sanyukta passed a small smile.
"Tell me now...how is Canada?" "How is your new home... and family" "And how is Damadji...?" Kishore asked
"Everything is fine Papa..." "Canada is beautiful..." "It is usually cold there...not like our Delhi" "Renuka Maa and Harsh Papa are very caring..." "Our house..." She stopped in middle.
"What beta...?" Kishore urged her to speak
"Shekhawat mansion is very big and beautiful..." "It's huge house..." Sanyukta said
"There are servants in house but Renuka Maa prefers making food by herself"
"So I help her..." "We both together cook food" "Harsh Papa wanted me to join office..." "So I worked in our company for few days..." "The office staff is very warm and welcoming...I enjoyed working there" Sanyukta said
"Did Harshji allowed you to work?" Kishore asked
"Yes, Papa...in fact he motivated me to join office" Sanyukta chirped.
"And what about Randhir?" Anju asked
Sanyukta became blank suddenly.
"Haan...what about Damadji...?" "How is he?" "His nature..." Kishore asked
"He is nice Papa..." Sanyukta said
"Are you happy Sanyu?" Kishore asked with hope in his eyes.
Sanyukta could definitely read his eyes.
"Does Randhir take care of you?" "Are you happy there?" Kishore asked.
"Ye..Yes Papa...I am happy" Sanyukta spoke a lie
Sanyukta controlled her emotions.
No, she cannot breakdown in front of her parents.
She needs to be strong.
The truth will come out soon and she cannot afford fall week.
Toronto, Canada.
Randhir climbed down to living area. Harsh had called him to talk.
He went and stood in front of Harsh quitely.
His head was hung low, eyes were red and swollen, his face was dry and pale.
"So how much time more you want to sign the divorce papers Randhir?" "Please do it quickly..." "I am planning to go India in next week before that I want you to sign on papers" Harsh said
He looked at Harsh.
"What sign them as soon as possible" Harsh told him.
"I won't sign papers" Randhir declared
"What?" "Why...why don't you sign papers?"
"See Randhir, Sanyukta...."
"She is my wife Dad...." Randhir shouted.
Harsh was taken aback with his sudden reaction.
"She is my wife...and I won't divorce her.." Randhir declared.
"Ohh...so now at this point of time you realise she is your wife" Harsh said
"Yes...I know it is late...but its not ended yet"
"Insaan ki value tabhi samaj main aati jab woh humse dur hote hai"
"And I don't know why are you both forcing me to sign divorce papers" "I am sure you forced her to sign papers Dad..." "Whatever it is...I am not going to sign papers" "I am not going to sign divorce papers" Randhir said
"Again...Sanyukta will be suffering..." Harsh said
"I will not let her suffer anymore Dad" "I know I have hurt her very much" "I accept my faults and I am guilty about it" Randhir said
"It's late now" "She is gone..." Harsh said
"Better late than never Dad..." "You don't need to go..." "I am going to India to bring her back..." Randhir declared.
"I will rectify my mistakes" "I have now understood where I was going wrong" "I will bring her back with me Dad..." "I will not return until she is with me..." Randhir said and left the place.
Harsh smirked a winning one.
"It worked Harsh..." Renuka said
"It has to Renuka..." "This divorce drama had to work"
"Lately, I realised Renuka that Randhir do have feelings for Sanyukta"
"Just those feelings needs some push" "His feelings needs to be triggered" "After Sanyukta came back from Vancouver I decided to send her back to India"
"This way she will be away from him and he will start realising her importance in his life"
"It worked"
"Also, when I asked Randhir to sign divorce papers...If he never had any feelings for Sanyukta he would have sign the papers"
"But he didn't..."
"And you know what are his feelings for Sanyukta called?" Harsh asked
"Love..." Renuka chirped
"Umm...let him feel it" Harsh smiled
"But what if Sanyukta doesn't come back?" Renuka let out a worry
"She will...it may take some time but she will come back"
"This time I trust my son Randhir..." Harsh said
