Here's another poem for you guys! I've really been into poems lately, don't ask me why... This is one I came up since I've been through a lot with people not being there for me when I need them. But there's a few people that I know I can count on no matter what. They know who they are and they are the ones who I'm dedicating this poem to. ♥♥ Kayce
There's people in this world that you could call a friend
But you never really know the boundaries of their loyalty
They could be there forever
Through rain and sunshine
Or when a storm blows through
They might wander off with the wind
There's people in this world that you might think are great
But you never really know who they are until you find out
They could be amazing and wonderful and marvelous
Through happy and sad
Or when an earthquake hits
They might leave you in the rubble
But occasionally you'll find
Those rare few who you know will never hurt you
Who will make you feel perfect in yourself
They'll be there forever
And when a storm blows through
They'll share their umbrella
And when an earthquake hits
They'll be the ones digging you out of your situation
And when the sun finally shines
They'll be there, too
Making you smile
That's a True Friend.
