Then I saw it.
I saw Jake.
He suddenly was standing in the now-open doorway.
He had a small girl in his hands.
She was slouched over his shoulder.
Jake moved closer into the light.
His eyes were fierce.
Then I saw the girl.
She was dead.
I opened my mouth to speak but nothing came out.
Jake saw my expression.
"Jazzy I can explain."
"Jake don't touch me." I said warningly.
Jake took the girl and suddenly disappeared.
He was back within seconds.
He took a few more steps slowly, trying not to scare me.
I instantly backed up.
I started running through the house.
Suddenly, I hit my head on something and blacked out.
I dreamt of flowers and butterflies.
Then I saw Jake the poor helpless dead girl slouched over his shoulder.
What is he??
A monster?? Maybe, but why did he have that girl?
Suddenly, my eyes flashed open.
I saw my clock and my large pink bedroom.
I sat up quickly, remembering what happened.
I didn't see Jake so I got up cautiously.
I wanted to walk right into Jakes room and demand an explanation. But, I probably wouldn't. I still was curious so I walked out into the hall and down to Jakes room.
Jake was laying on the bed, staring at the wall.
When Jake saw me approaching he sat up and looked at me.
"J..J..J Jake what are you?" I stuttered.
"Jazzy I'm a..."
