Yes, vampires' eyes can change from their normal colour to red when they're hungry/thirsty for blood or when they're angry, or sometimes when they're deeply in love, or aroused. :)))
Yes, vampires can feel emotions.
I'll clarify more as you read on!
One thing I will KEEP from the series about vampires: BOTH THEM AND THE PERSON THEY BITE FEEL AROUSED WHEN THEY BITE THEM/SUCK THEIR BLOOD.
