the CONFESSION (Short Story)

Prologue

May mga taong TORPE..

Sometimes, I think people are funny.....

They long to be with the people they love

but

refuse to admit openly..

Yung gusto mo sya,

pero hanggang dun nalang.. Kasi hindi nya naman alam.

kaya wala kang karapatan.. OUCH diba???.....

While some

are afraid to show

even the slightest sign of

affection because of FEAR...

TAMA!!! yung mga tipong makakasalubong mo sya,

ngingitian ka nya,

babatiin ka nya,

mahahawakan ka nya (kahit kalbit lang),

makakausap mo sya (kahit yung mga simpleng topic lang),

makakabunggo mo sya (nagkaroon ka ng chance para magmeet mga katawan nyo),

at makakatabi mo sya....

Napgpapanggap kang kalmado........na parang wala lang sa'yo...na hindi ka affected 

kasi ayaw mong mahalata...

pero sa totoo lang, sa loob loob mo, nagwawala kana

at nagtititili... gustung-gusto mo ng hampasin lahat ng kaibigan mo dahil sa sobrang kilig...

Pero hanggang dun nalang yun

dahil sa takot...

Fear that their feelings may not be recognized

or worse

returned......

.

.

.

.

.

But one thing about people that puzzles me the most,,,

is their conscious effort

to be remotely connected

with their

object of

affection...

Na kahit di ka nagpapahalata,,,

gusto mo pa rin syang

makasalubong

makabangga

makita

makausap

mangitian nya

makalbitan nya

at makatabi sya

EVEN IF IT KILLS YOU SLOWLY WITHIN....

Pano kung one time, di mo matiis ang feelings mo para sa kanya???

Kaya gusto mo ng mag-confess...

But instead of confessing to that person,

you end up spilling eveeything out

in a CONFESSION BOOTH ...

for a place that's supposed to be used for confessing sins,

it is a weird place to confess

your feelings right????

What if may ibang taong nakarinig sa'yo???

What if it's not a preist???

What if it's

SOMEBODY ELSE???
