It all started with me, Ashley Denlaz (Deh-n-leh-z). I once transferred to McKinley High School to be with my boyfriend Sam Evans. And this, is how my life changed.

"Ring, Ring!" My phone rang. "Hey Sammy!" I said. "Hey Ash. Listen, I have a huge question for
you." Sam replied. "Mhm." I said, preparing myself for the queston. "How would you like to stay at my
school. For the year....?" My heart skipped a quick beat. "L-like, uh, t-transfer?" My words turned into a
stutter as I spoke. "Y-yeah." We were both pretty nervous. "I've already talked to your parents about it
and they're willing to let you go. But basically, it's up to you." "Of course Sam!!!! I would do anything to
be with you!!" I smeared a big grin on my face. "I love you so much. This is the greatest thing ever!" I
managed to get the words out, through my tears of joy. "I'm so glad, babe! So, I want you to meet me in
Principal Figgins' office, before school tomorrow. Ok?" "Ok!!" I hung up the phone and I ran upstairs to
pick out my clothes for tomorrow.
