get ready for some fluff :) btw I'm changing this girl to annalise ^

chris always picks me up from school but today was something special.

some kids in my grade saw him and walked up to him.

"hey, chris," guy number one said, excitedly.

chris dropped my hand and greeted the guy with a 'dude hug'

"hey brendon, do you know annalise?" he asked and picked up my hand again.

"uh, no but I've seen her around," he shrugs and steps aside.

then I see my enemy, Tyler.

i scoff and roll my eyes once I see him.

"what's wrong, darlin?" chris asked me and I lied and said if was work things.

Tyler scoffed as well and impatiently waited for brendon.

"hey chris," Tyler greeted and smiled.

"hey Tyler," chris laughed and wrapped his arms around my waist from behind me.

"do you know annalise?" chris asked and I cringed at the question.

"we've..uh.. met," he awkwardly states.

"what happened?" chris asked and I sighed.

"he used to date my sister and shattered her heart by cheating on her," i told chris and his eyes widened.

"oh..." he mumbled "lets get going darlin," he grabbed my hand and we walked out.

i looked behind me and saw Tyler flipping me off.

"FUCK YOU TYLER," i yelled and chris told me to ignore him.

once we met josh at the park I was already in a bad mood.

my head was in Chris's lap and he was playing with my hair.

josh and chris were talking about today as I dosed off into a deep sleep.

I rolled up into a ball and chris picked me up and placed me in his lap so I was more comfortable.

which was a bad idea because I'm unbelievably clingy.

i faced his stomach and wrapped my arms around him.

josh laughed as he cringed at how tightly I was hanging on.

I slowly fluttered my eyes open and met eyes with chris.

"it's about time," chris smiled and josh laughed and I yawned.

i sat up in his lap and burrowed my head in his chest.

"IM THIRD WHEELING," josh yelled and tried to laugh but it came out as a hiccup.

"hey josh," chris grinned and kissed me.

"tHiRd wHeeLinG," he repeated.

i applied for the university of Miami a week ago and I had already looked at my letter, I got accepted.

but i live in Joplin, ill have to leave chris.

and my mom and sister and brother and friends.

all of these thoughts overwhelm me and I stand up and sit on the top of a slide, far from where chris and josh are.

i keep thinking about how hard it will be by myself with no one I know and I start to cry. Chris then walks up to me leaving josh at the bottom of the slide.

"what's wrong," he asks and kisses my cheek.

"i haven't told you yet, but i was accepted into the university of Miami," i sigh.

"that's great, doll," he laughs and I shake my head.

"no cause I'll have to leave you and everyone else I love," I pout and he grabs each side of my face and wipes away my tears with his thumbs.

"we can always visit," he smiles and grabs my hand and walks down the steps with me.
